The picture above shows a Russian Volt-Ohm Meter I have. The meter measures dc and ac Volts, Amperes, miliAmperes, kilohms, and megohms. The meter is not a particularly sophisticated device and compared to similar Western devices, it is somewhat confusing to use.
The meter comes in a metal case that protects it well. The case is shown below.
