This is Russian Dual Trace Oscilloscope that I have. Unfortunately, this instrument does not work - it apparently has no high voltage as there is no trace. It appears to be a quality instrument as it is a dual trace with delay similar to the Tektronix 454 that I have. I have the huge wooden box that it came in along with probes, the manual, and electrical schematic. These are shown below.
Perhaps one day I will try and fix the oscilloscope, but to gain access to fix it, would require taking it completely apart, and that is a large undertaking.
