This is a Tektronix Model 454 150 MHz Dual Trace Oscilloscope I have. I purchased this at a hamfest (amateur radio convention). Below is a page from the instruction manual for a Textronix 454A oacilloscope. The page describes the 454A oscilloscope; the 454 is similar.
